Each morning, the team at Boucherie Fabre hand-make a delicious range of fresh sausages, focusing primarily on the traditional blends and classic favourites such as the Cumberland, Lincolnshire, and lamb and mint. They've proved extremely popular with the international expat community and many of our French clients have been unable to resist a 'saucisse anglaise'!

From the green Suffolk Deben Valley straight to your plate is Dingley Dell Pork's world famous bacon. Wait until you have tried brothers Mark and Paul Hayward's unbelievable beer and treacle cured streaky and back bacon - it's unlike any bacon (or pork for that matter) we've ever tried before.
